目的：综述国内外研究人员从链霉菌中发现的抗血栓活性物质。方法检索了近几年国内外发表的相关文献，进行分析总结。结果人血液中的纤溶酶和纤溶酶原激活剂都属于丝氨酸蛋白酶，而链霉菌产生的具有纤溶活性的蛋白酶大多也属丝氨酸蛋白酶家族，且活性很好。结论链霉菌产生的纤溶活性蛋白酶具有诱人的应用前景，链霉菌可以作为抗血栓药物的新型来源。
목적：종술국내외연구인원종련매균중발현적항혈전활성물질。방법검색료근궤년국내외발표적상관문헌，진행분석총결。결과인혈액중적섬용매화섬용매원격활제도속우사안산단백매，이련매균산생적구유섬용활성적단백매대다야속사안산단백매가족，차활성흔호。결론련매균산생적섬용활성단백매구유유인적응용전경，련매균가이작위항혈전약물적신형래원。
Objective To summarize the research progress of antithrombotic agents from Streptomyces .Methods The related do-mestic and foreign literatures in recent years were analyzed and summarized .Results Streptomyces can produce high potency fi-brinolytic enzymes ,which belong to the serine protease as plasmin and plasminogen activator in human blood .Conclusion The antithrombotic agents screened from Streptomyces have attractive prospective ,and Streptomyces can be a new resource of the an-tithrombotic drugs .
