目的:采用紫外分光光度法建立了原料药2-(2,6-二氯苯基氨基)苯乙酸-4-(4-苯基-1,2,5-噁二唑-2-氧化物-3-)甲氧基苯甲酯(ZLR-8)的含量测定方法。方法以甲醇为溶剂配制样品质量浓度约10μg ? mL -1,以甲醇为空白,在最大波长271 nm处测定吸光度,按外标法计算 ZLR-8的含量。结果 ZLR-8的质量浓度在2.056~20.56μg ? mL -1范围内,与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998,n=5),重复性良好(RSD =0.31%,n=6),12 h 内稳定性良好(RSD =0.53%)。该方法测定 ZLR-8含量的结果与所报道的含量测定方法相一致。结论所建立的紫外分光光度法简单、快速、准确,适用于 ZLR-8原料药的含量测定。

Objective To establish a UV spectrometry for determination of 2-(2 ,6-dichlorophenylamino )-benzeneacetic acid-4-(4-pheny-1 ,2 ,5-oxadiazole-2-oxide)-methoxyl-phenyl ester (ZLR-8) .Methods The absorbances of sample solution and of a reference solution were determined in methanol at a concentration of about 10 μg ? mL - 1 at 271 nm using methanol as the blank .Results A good linearity was found over the concentration range of 2 .056 to 20 .56 μg ? mL - 1 ,and the RSD for the repeatability was 0 .31%(n= 6) .The RSD for stability study was 0 .53% .The assay results of ZLR-8 were in good agreement with those obtained by the methods reported previously .Conclusion The UV method was proved to be accurate ,reliable and facile .It is suitable for the determiantion of ZLR-8 .
