Glycyrrhiz ae radix et rhizoma%heavy metal speciation%size fraction
目的:了解不同粒级甘草中的重金属的形态分布,探讨不同粒级对甘草重金属形态提取的影响。方法通过连续提取法对不同粒级甘草中重金属的形态进行提取,用原子吸收光谱法测定 Cu 、Pb 、Cd 、Hg 和 As 的含量。结果 Cu 碳酸盐结合态比例最高,其余各态含量也较高;Cd 以水溶态、离子交换态、铁锰氧化物结合态、残渣态为主;Pb 以水溶态、有机态、残渣态含量所占比例较高;As 以水溶态、铁锰氧化物结合态及残渣态为主,其余各形态的含量差异较小;Hg 以水溶态、离子交换态为主。 As 、Cd可利用态与药材的粉碎粒级呈正相关关系,Cu 、Pb 、Hg 可利用态与药材的粉碎粒级呈显著的负相关关系。结论粒级对各重金属各个形态的提取有一定的影响,但并不一致。

목적:료해불동립급감초중적중금속적형태분포,탐토불동립급대감초중금속형태제취적영향。방법통과련속제취법대불동립급감초중중금속적형태진행제취,용원자흡수광보법측정 Cu 、Pb 、Cd 、Hg 화 As 적함량。결과 Cu 탄산염결합태비례최고,기여각태함량야교고;Cd 이수용태、리자교환태、철맹양화물결합태、잔사태위주;Pb 이수용태、유궤태、잔사태함량소점비례교고;As 이수용태、철맹양화물결합태급잔사태위주,기여각형태적함량차이교소;Hg 이수용태、리자교환태위주。 As 、Cd가이용태여약재적분쇄립급정정상관관계,Cu 、Pb 、Hg 가이용태여약재적분쇄립급정현저적부상관관계。결론립급대각중금속각개형태적제취유일정적영향,단병불일치。
Objective This study was designed to analyze the speciation distribution characteristics of heavy metals (lead ,cadmium , copper ,arsenic ,mercury) in Glycyrrhiz ae radix et rhizoma with different granularity range ,and to study the influence of different granularity on the extraction of heavy metal speciation in Glycyrrhiz ae radix et rhizoma .Methods Sequential extraction procedure was used to extract the different fractions of heavy metals (water soluble fraction ,ion exchange fraction ,cabonate bound fraction , Fe-Mn oxide fraction ,organic fraction and residual fraction) in Glycyrrhiz ae radix et rhizoma .The content (mass fraction) of Pb ,Cu ,As ,Hg and Cd were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) .Results The largest proportion of Cu was carbonate-bound ,and the rest state were also high .Cd was mainly existed in the water soluble ,ion exchange ,iron-manganese ox-ides and residual fraction .Pb was in water soluble ,organic and residual fraction ,but the others were poor .As was mainly existed in water soluble ,iron-manganese oxides and residual fraction .Hg was mainly existed in soluble and ion exchange fraction .The result showed a strong negative correlation between the content of various forms of Cu ,Pb and Hg and herbs granularity .Both Cd and As were positively correlated with herbs granularity .Conclusion Size fraction of Glycyrrhiz ae radix et rhizoma had certain in-fluence on the extraction of various heavy metals .
