目的:探讨和分析不同时段血培养、粪便培养及痰培养检验结果阳性率分布情况。方法回顾性分析2011年2月~2014年1月期间本院检验科接收的6300份血培养、粪便培养及痰培养标本,根据时间先后顺序将所有标本分为 A、B、C 三组。从第二时段开始对全院临床医生、护理人员及检验师进行微生物标本检验相关知识培训。比较不同时段不同微生物标本检验结果的阳性率。结果 A 组血培养及粪便培养阳性率显著低于 B 组和 C 组,而痰培养阳性率显著高于 B 组和 C 组;B 组血培养及粪便培养阳性率显著低于 C 组,而痰培养阳性率显著高于 C 组。结论分析不同时段不同标本检验结果阳性率的分布情况,提高医务工作人员对微生物标本检验相关理论知识和操作技术的掌握,能够提高病原菌的检出率并降低杂菌的感染,为临床感染性疾病的诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。

목적:탐토화분석불동시단혈배양、분편배양급담배양검험결과양성솔분포정황。방법회고성분석2011년2월~2014년1월기간본원검험과접수적6300빈혈배양、분편배양급담배양표본,근거시간선후순서장소유표본분위 A、B、C 삼조。종제이시단개시대전원림상의생、호리인원급검험사진행미생물표본검험상관지식배훈。비교불동시단불동미생물표본검험결과적양성솔。결과 A 조혈배양급분편배양양성솔현저저우 B 조화 C 조,이담배양양성솔현저고우 B 조화 C 조;B 조혈배양급분편배양양성솔현저저우 C 조,이담배양양성솔현저고우 C 조。결론분석불동시단불동표본검험결과양성솔적분포정황,제고의무공작인원대미생물표본검험상관이론지식화조작기술적장악,능구제고병원균적검출솔병강저잡균적감염,위림상감염성질병적진단화치료제공가고의거。
Objective Discuss the positive rate distribution of blood culture , fecal culture and sputum culture in different time frame . Method Retrospective analysisd 2 100 samples of blood culture , fecal culture and sputum culture in 2011.2~2014.1, divided into three groups as group A, group B and group C in line with different times. Trained the test technicians, doctors and nurses. Compared the positive rate of different kinds of samples . Result The positive rate of blood culture and fecal culture of group A were found to be significantly lower in the group B and group C, but the positive rate of the sputum culture was found to be significantly higher in the other two groups. The positive rate of blood culture and fecal culture of group B were found to be significantly lower in the group C, but the positive rate of the sputum culture was found to be significantly higher in groups C. Conclusion Analysis of the distribution of different specimens test results positive rate in the different periods, and improve the medical staff of microbial inspection related theory knowledge and operation can increase the detection rate and reduce the noise of pathogen bacteria infection, and provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.
