双转子永磁电机(DRPM)内外电机磁场之间存在着耦合,通过改变定子厚度可以改变内外磁场之间的耦合关系,实现内外电机的磁场解耦。分析了电机内部磁路结构,利用等效磁路法对电机气隙磁密进行了计算,通过有限元分析软件,建立仿真模型并进行仿真计算。通过对不同尺寸的计算结果分析得出永磁体充磁方向相反时内外电机磁场互不干扰的定子轭部厚度值。达到了优化电机结构的目的,为双转子电机的进一步优化设计奠定了基础。

The magnetic field between inner rotor and outer rotor in the dual-rotor radial-flux permanent-magnet (DRPM) machine coupled to each other. By changing the thickness of the stator yoke of DRPM,the coupling problem can be solved. In this paper, the structure of the magnetic field inside the motor is analyzed, the air-gap flux density of the outer motor based on equivalent magnetic circuit method is calculated. To get the air-gap flux density of inner motor and outer motor under no-load condition,a simulation model is presented by finite element analysis software. By analyzing the results calculated for different dimensions of the motor,the value for the thickness of stator yoke that the magnetic field of the inner and outer motor aren’t interfered in the opposite magnetization direction is obtained. The purpose of optimizing the structure of the motor is achieved,and the foundation for the further design of DPRM is laid.
