在精细视差范围下,选择交叉视差中最易识别的视差值6.54arc min和0arc min对8名正常人进行事件相关电位(event-related potential ERP)研究。结果显示:在刺激呈现的前300ms,带有视差信息的刺激诱发的脑波和零视差刺激诱发的脑波没有显著性差异;刺激呈现300ms左右,在左侧枕叶出现显著性差异;到350ms顶叶和前额叶也出现显著性差异;在400ms左右达到峰值。

To study the processes of fine crossed disparity in global stereopsis,event-related brain potentials (ERPs) were investigated by the detection of depth. The disparities of 6.54 arc min that was the most easily identifiable in fine crossed disparity and 0 arc min were selected. Results showed that there were no significant differences between ERPs to the stimuli with disparity of 6.54 arc min and ERPs to the stimuli with disparity of zero in the time windows 0 -300 ms. But the differences were significant about 300ms at the left occipital lobe and reached a peak at about 400 ms at the frontal lobe and parietal lobe.
