根据汽车离心水泵的实际工作状况建立了水泵流体计算数学模型,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术,采用标准k-ε湍流模型和MRF多参考坐标系模型对水泵内流场进行了不同运转工况条件下的模拟分析,得到了不同工况下水泵叶轮表面的速度分布和水泵叶轮所在动态区剖面上的静压分布情况,并将CFD计算结果与试验数据进行对比,总体误差在5%之内,为新产品的设计开发提供理论依据,可有效缩短产品开发时间,降低产品开发成本,提高产品性能。

According to the actual working conditions of automobile centrifugal pump, in this paper, the mathematical model of pump fluid computation is established, and the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology is used, the internal flow field of the pump is simulated and analyzed by using the standard K-ε turbulence model and the MRF multiple reference frame model under different working condition. The velocity distribution on the surface of the water pump impeller and static pressure distribution of the pump impeller’s dynamic area are got under different working con-ditions. The CFD calculation results compared with the test data,the overall control error is within 5%,which provide the theoretical basis for the design and development of new products. The conclusion shows that the product develop-ment time can be effectively shortened,and product development costs is reduced,and product performance is improved.
