根据主成分分析法的优化理论,以轴承环薄壁零件为例,以加工质量为优化目标,对轴承环薄壁件的切削工艺参数进行了优化,获得外圆半精加工、精加工时的最优工艺参数,加工后零件表面粗糙度为0.38μm。利用Ansys软件对轴承环的半精加工、精加工过程进行了切削模拟仿真分析,零件变形量为0.000034mm,分析结果满足轴承环零件形位公差的要求,为轴承环以及同类薄壁零件加工质量与效率的提高提供了理论基础和技术途径。

This paper is based on optimization theory,takes Bearing ring thin-wall parts for example,and makes pro-cessing quality as optimization aim. Processing parameters of the thin-walled bearing ring are optimized, and the best cutting parameters of the cylindrical surface are obtained in the semi-finishing process and finishing process. The surface roughness is 0.38 um of the processed parts. The paper uses Ansys software to simulate the machining process of bear-ing ring and the parts deformation is 0.000034mm. The results can meet the shape tolerance requirements of bearing rings parts. This paper provides theoretical basis and technical approach of increasing efficiency of machining bearing rings and similar thin-walled parts.
