医患关系日益紧张的今天,医学人文教育的缺乏是造成该现象的主要因素,加强人文教育是医学教育面临的一个严峻问题。目前医学教育中的人文教育存在比如师资薄弱、教育形式简单等各种问题,因此,医学院校和教师必须采取有效措施来提高人文教育的质量,才能提高医学生的综合素质。本文主要分析医学教育中人文教育的必要性,并尝试提出相应的解决途径。

Doctor-patient relationship is becoming more and more severe nowadays. Lack of medical humanities education is a major factor contributing to this phenomenon. As a resul, strengthening humanistic education is a serious problem faced by medical education. In order to improve the overall quality of medical students, medical schools and teachers have to take effective measures to make the quality of humanities education better and to solve the prominent problems such as weakness of teaching staff and single teaching form. The paper mainly analyzes the necessity of the Humanities Education in Medical Education and tries to propose appropriate solution.
