宁夏六盘山区生态脆弱，经济贫困，生态补偿的实施对于提升宁夏六盘山区森林的生态效益和社会效益起到了重要作用，但是补偿标准存在的问题也制约了生态补偿效果的进一步发挥。笔者结合宁夏六盘山区实际，研究提出要明确补偿的原则即合理补偿的原则，在这一原则的指引下，构建了分类别的动态补偿标准。
寧夏六盤山區生態脆弱，經濟貧睏，生態補償的實施對于提升寧夏六盤山區森林的生態效益和社會效益起到瞭重要作用，但是補償標準存在的問題也製約瞭生態補償效果的進一步髮揮。筆者結閤寧夏六盤山區實際，研究提齣要明確補償的原則即閤理補償的原則，在這一原則的指引下，構建瞭分類彆的動態補償標準。
저하륙반산구생태취약，경제빈곤，생태보상적실시대우제승저하륙반산구삼림적생태효익화사회효익기도료중요작용，단시보상표준존재적문제야제약료생태보상효과적진일보발휘。필자결합저하륙반산구실제，연구제출요명학보상적원칙즉합리보상적원칙，재저일원칙적지인하，구건료분유별적동태보상표준。
The ecological environment in Liupan mountain area in Ningxia is fragile and the economy is poor. So the imple-mentation of ecological compensation will play an important role in promoting the forest ecological benefit and social benefit in Liupan mountain area in Ningxia, but the problems existing in the compensation standard also restricts the further play of the ecological compensation effect. Combining with the actual conditions of the Liupan mountain area in Ningxia, it is put forward that the principle for the compensation should be clear-cut, namely the compensation should be reasonable. Under the guidance of the principle, the dynamic compensation standards of various classifications are built.
