为筛选出适宜的茄子砧木,并初步探讨嫁接亲和性机理。试验采用二因素随机区组设计,以托鲁巴姆和强健冠军为砧木,以圆茄宝莱、盛圆3号、黑晶和黑大帅为接穗,研究了茄子嫁接亲和性、共生亲和力、嫁接对植株生长发育及疫病发生和产量的影响。结果表明:以托鲁巴姆、强健冠军作为砧木,以黑大帅、黑晶为接穗表现出嫁接高度亲和性和较好的共生亲合力,嫁接成活率达到97%以上,嫁接匹配率达到93%以上;嫁接对疫病有很好的控制效果,发病率在9.80%~12.40%,病情指数在10.09%~17.01%,显著低于自根苗;嫁接对茄子株高、茎粗、单果质量、单株重和果实产量有显著影响,产量比自根苗增加29%~32%。
為篩選齣適宜的茄子砧木,併初步探討嫁接親和性機理。試驗採用二因素隨機區組設計,以託魯巴姆和彊健冠軍為砧木,以圓茄寶萊、盛圓3號、黑晶和黑大帥為接穗,研究瞭茄子嫁接親和性、共生親和力、嫁接對植株生長髮育及疫病髮生和產量的影響。結果錶明:以託魯巴姆、彊健冠軍作為砧木,以黑大帥、黑晶為接穗錶現齣嫁接高度親和性和較好的共生親閤力,嫁接成活率達到97%以上,嫁接匹配率達到93%以上;嫁接對疫病有很好的控製效果,髮病率在9.80%~12.40%,病情指數在10.09%~17.01%,顯著低于自根苗;嫁接對茄子株高、莖粗、單果質量、單株重和果實產量有顯著影響,產量比自根苗增加29%~32%。

The study aimed to select suitable eggplant rootstocks and explore the mechanism of graft compatibility. An experi-ment was made using two factors randomized block design method and with the Tuolu Bam and Qiangjian Guanjun as the stocks and the round eggplant Baolai, Shengyuan No.3, Heijing and Heidashuai as the scions. The graft compatibility,sym-biotic affinity and the effects of grafting on the plant growth, disease incidence and yield of the eggplants were studied. The results showed that the grafting with Tuolu Bam and Qiangjian Guanjun as the stocks and Heijing and Heidashuai as the scions exhibited high affinity and better symbiotic affinity and the survival rate reached more than 97% and the grafting matching rate was over 93%; the grafting had a good effect on disease control, the disease incidence rate was 9.80% ~12.40% and the disease index was at 10.09% ~17.01%, significantly lower than that of the self-rooted; the grafting had a significant influence on the plant height, stem diameter, weight per fruit, weight per plant and the yield of the eggplant and the yield increased by 29% ~32% compared with that of the self-rooted.
