目的:观察单纯性热性惊厥(simple febrile convulsion,SFC)患儿不同病程的神经元特异性烯醇化酶( neuron specific enolase ,NSE)、低氧诱导因子-1α( hypoxia inducible factor -1α,HIF-1α)的表达水平并探讨其意义,为SFC的临床诊治和预后判断提供科学依据。方法选择SFC患儿53例,分别于惊厥后24、72 h采取静脉血,另选健康对照组33例采血。采用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA)测定血清NSE和HIF-1α水平。结果 SFC患儿NSE和HIF-1α水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SFC患儿NSE和HIF-1α在惊厥后72 h水平高于24 h水平,但差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论外周血NSE和HIF-1α水平的联合测定可作为SFC患儿脑损伤判断的新方法之一。

Objective To observe the expression levels of neuron specific enolase ( NSE ) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α( HIF-1α) in children with simple febrile convulsion ( SFC) at different disease stages and to explore its clinical significance , so as to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis , treatment and judgment of prognosis for SFC . Methods Fifty-three cases of SFC were observed in this study .Venous blood samples were collected at 24 h and 72 h after convulsions .Blood samples from 33 healthy controls ( control group ) were also collected .Serum levels of NSE and HIF-1αwere detected by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) .Results NSE and HIF-1αlevels in chil-dren with SFC were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).NSE and HIF-1αlevels in children with SFC were higher at 72 h after the convulsion than at 24 h after the convulsion , but with no statistical significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Combined determination of peripheral blood NSE and HIF -1αlevels can be one of the new detection method for judging the SFC in children with brain damage .
