目的：探讨江苏南京地区人群血脂异常和结直肠瘤（ colorectal neoplasm ， CRN）发病风险的关系。方法收集并比较2012年6月-2013年11月67例结直肠癌（ colorectal cancer ，CRC）患者、34例结直肠腺瘤（ color-ectal adenoma ，CRA）患者和100例健康体检者的血脂检测结果。结果 CRN患者血清总胆固醇（ TC）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL）水平较健康体检者显著增高（P＜0．05）。亚组分析发现CRA患者的血清TC和LDL水平明显高于健康体检者，脂蛋白a（Lip-a）水平明显低于健康体检者（P＜0．05）。结论 CRA而非CRC患者血清TC和LDL水平明显高于健康体检者，而CRN患者血清Lip-a水平明显低于健康体检者。

Objective To investigate the relationship between dyslipidemia and colorectal neoplasm ( CRN ) in a case-control study among the population in Nanjing area .Methods The serum samples were collected from 67 colorec-tal cancer ( CRC) patients, 34 colorectal adenoma( CRA) patients and 100 healthy subjects who were admitted into our hospital from June 2012 to November 2013 .Results The levels of serum total cholesterol ( TC) and low density lipopro-tein cholesterol (LDL) in patients with CRN were significantly increased than those of the healthy subjects (P<0.05). Subgroup analysis showed that the CRA patients produced remarkably higher amounts of serum TC and LDL , but lower quantities of Lip-a than the healthy subjects (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with CRA, rather than CRC produce remarkably higher levels of serum TC and LDL than healthy subjects .In contrast, the amount of serum Lip-a was signif-icantly decreased in patients with CRN than the healthy subjects .
