“藏汉双语”教师的专业发展对于提高广大藏区基础教育质量意义重大。研究从影响“藏汉双语”教师专业发展的问题入手,对“藏汉双语”教师的教学认知能力、人际交往倾向、职业发展动机、自我评价等方面进行系统分析,探索“藏汉双语”教师专业发展的环境调控和优化的策略。
“藏漢雙語”教師的專業髮展對于提高廣大藏區基礎教育質量意義重大。研究從影響“藏漢雙語”教師專業髮展的問題入手,對“藏漢雙語”教師的教學認知能力、人際交往傾嚮、職業髮展動機、自我評價等方麵進行繫統分析,探索“藏漢雙語”教師專業髮展的環境調控和優化的策略。

Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ professional development for enhancing the quality of basic education in Tibetan areas is of great significance.The research starts from personal problems that impact Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teacher professional development, and then systematically analyses Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ teaching cogni-tive skills, interpersonal orientation, career motivation, and self-evaluation, exploring the environmental control strategies for Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teacher professional development and optimization.
