本文对词汇教学的重要性及目前词汇教学方式进行了深入分析,发现词源教学法是目前最好的词汇教学法。为了能够简化这种复杂的教学方式,文章通过对英汉两种语言对比的方式,对英汉字词的形成过程进行解读。通过对英汉语言中的基本构词元素即前后缀及词根的对比,大量的证据表明了英汉两种语言采用了相似的构词规则。由于英语学习者可以通过汉语构词法来理解英语词源教学法,这就可以极大地降低词源教学的难度。
本文對詞彙教學的重要性及目前詞彙教學方式進行瞭深入分析,髮現詞源教學法是目前最好的詞彙教學法。為瞭能夠簡化這種複雜的教學方式,文章通過對英漢兩種語言對比的方式,對英漢字詞的形成過程進行解讀。通過對英漢語言中的基本構詞元素即前後綴及詞根的對比,大量的證據錶明瞭英漢兩種語言採用瞭相似的構詞規則。由于英語學習者可以通過漢語構詞法來理解英語詞源教學法,這就可以極大地降低詞源教學的難度。

Through the thorough analysis of the significance of lexical education and current lexical teaching approaches, it can be concluded that Etymology teaching, compared with other methods, is now the best way of lexical teaching.For the purpose of simplifying such complicated methodology, contrastive analysis between Chinese and English has been adopted as a new way of interpreting the process of word formation in both Chinese and English.Via the comparison of the three basic elements of word construction-prefix, suffix and etyma, substantial evidence proves that both languages employ similar rules in building new words.Such comparison would greatly reduce the difficulties in etymology teaching since English learners would understand origins of English words by Chinese word-building.
