介绍绝缘油、润滑油等电力用油中 T501抗氧化剂液相色谱法的检测原理、检测仪器、实验条件、标准油样的配制及校准曲线的绘制。试验结果表明液相色谱法的重复性和准确性好,绝缘油、润滑油需绘制不同的校准曲线,但32号、46号润滑油的检测可以用相同的校准曲线。

This paper introduces the testing principle of liquid chromatography, instruments and experiment conditions, the preparation of standard oil sample and the drafting of calibration curve for detecting T501 an-tioxidant content in oils used in electric power industry such as insulating oil and lubricating oil. Test results demonstrate that the liquid chromatography method has favorable repeatability and accuracy. Distinct calibra-tion curves need to be drafted for insulating oil and lubricating oil, but the detection of 32# and 46# lubricat-ing oil can utilize the same calibration curve.
