不安全用药不但增加了药品不良反应和药源性疾病的发生率，也造成了医药卫生资源的浪费，甚至可能诱发公共健康危机问题。执业药师是公众健康的看护者，应围绕执业药师制度建设，大胆探索创新提高执业药师药学服务水平，力求执业药师队伍的健康有序发展，以提升执业药师地位、发挥好其应有的作用。

Not safe medication will not only increase adverse drug reactions and occurrence of drug-induced diseases , also cause the waste of medical and health resources , even may lead to public health crisis . As a guard of public health , licensed pharmacist should focus the efforts on system construction , promote a healthy and orderly de-velopment of licensed pharmacist team , improve the status and role of licensed pharmacist , and make an explo-ration and innovation in enhancing the level of pharmaceutical services .
