为了更好地指导凤凰公司今后的生产实践,特对铜坑细脉带贫细矿石进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明,采用“混浮-(磁选)分离”工艺流程可得到较佳的选别指标:浮选锌精矿含锌47.70%,锌回收率89.03%;铅锑精矿含铅19.95%、锑14.31%,回收率铅71.04%、锑72.20%;浮选尾矿含锡0.63%,锡回收率为88.70%;试验达到了预期的要求。

This paper study flotation test of lean lead-zinc in Tongkeng, and the result shows that better index obtained as follows using mixed floating-(magnetic separation) flotation process:zinc concentrate can be obtained as 47.70%, zinc recovery rate is 89.03%;lead-antimony concentrate contains 19.95% lead and 14.31% antimony; concentrate recovery of lead and antimony are respectively 71.04%and 72.20%;Flotation tailings contains 0.63%tin, tin recovery rate is 88.70%;Total tail metal loss rate of lead, antimony and zinc are 5.91%, 4.71%and 10.43%.
