试验选取硫化矿磨后的全浮硫化精矿为研究对象,通过预先脱出部分易浮的硫精矿后进行无氰铅锌分离。闭路试验结果表明,无氰方案部分脱硫后获得铅、锑精矿品位分别为18.06%、13.73%,回收率为64.65%、65.53%,锌精矿品位为45.10%,回收率为83.97%。
試驗選取硫化礦磨後的全浮硫化精礦為研究對象,通過預先脫齣部分易浮的硫精礦後進行無氰鉛鋅分離。閉路試驗結果錶明,無氰方案部分脫硫後穫得鉛、銻精礦品位分彆為18.06%、13.73%,迴收率為64.65%、65.53%,鋅精礦品位為45.10%,迴收率為83.97%。

Test takes full float sulfide concentrate after grinded as the research object, which separate lead from zinc based on sulfide concentrate after getting rid of those easily floated portion in advanced. Closed-circuit test results show that the grade and recovery rate are as below under cyanide-free separation:lead, antimony concentrate grade of 18.06%,13.73%and recovery was 64.65%, 65.53%, zinc concentrate grade of 45.10%and recovery was 83.97%.
