根据广西某低品位氧化锰矿石原矿性质特点,试验采用两矿法酸浸及强磁选方案比较。酸浸试验显示锰浸出率高达94.89%;强磁选获得的试验指标:锰品位22.11%、MnO2品位28.01%、锰回收率70.40%。
根據廣西某低品位氧化錳礦石原礦性質特點,試驗採用兩礦法痠浸及彊磁選方案比較。痠浸試驗顯示錳浸齣率高達94.89%;彊磁選穫得的試驗指標:錳品位22.11%、MnO2品位28.01%、錳迴收率70.40%。

In view of the characteristics of low-grade Oxide manganese ore in Guangxi, scheme comparison of the process design for high intensity magnetic separation and acid leaching. The acid leaching experiment show that the rate up to 94.89%. The experiment results index of magnetic separation that concentrate grade of manganese is 22.11%and recovery rate of manganese is 70.40%and the grade of iron is 28.01%respectively was obtained.
