目的：了解肿瘤患者免疫调节药物的使用情况，规范肿瘤患者辅助用药。方法：采用回顾性分析，调查2012-2013年甘肃省第二人民医院诊断为肿瘤并开具免疫调节药物的患者病历632份，填写肿瘤患者免疫调节药物处方点评表658份，分析医嘱中免疫调节药物的使用情况及不合理用药情况。结果：合格病历医嘱为512份，合格率为77?81％，不合格医嘱为146份，不合格率为22?18％。不合理用药主要为适应证和给药剂量不适宜。结论：肿瘤患者免疫调节药物的使用有待规范；处方点评有利于提高处方质量，促进临床合理用药。
목적：료해종류환자면역조절약물적사용정황，규범종류환자보조용약。방법：채용회고성분석，조사2012-2013년감숙성제이인민의원진단위종류병개구면역조절약물적환자병력632빈，전사종류환자면역조절약물처방점평표658빈，분석의촉중면역조절약물적사용정황급불합리용약정황。결과：합격병력의촉위512빈，합격솔위77?81％，불합격의촉위146빈，불합격솔위22?18％。불합리용약주요위괄응증화급약제량불괄의。결론：종류환자면역조절약물적사용유대규범；처방점평유리우제고처방질량，촉진림상합리용약。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use of immunomodulating drugs in patients with tumor so as to standardize the use of adjuvant drugs in the patients with tumor. METHODS:By retrospective analysis, a total of 632 medical records of the patients with tumor treated with immunomodulating drugs in Gansu Provincial Second People ’ s Hospital from 2012 to 2013 were investigated, and a total of 658 prescription review tables of immunomodulating drugs were filled and the use of the immunomodulating drugs and its irrationality were analyzed. RESULTS:512 (77?81%) prescriptions were qualified versus 146 ( 22?18%) unqualified. The irrationality manifested mainly as inappropriate in indications and dosage. CONCLUSIONS:The use of immunomodulating drugs in patients with tumor remains to be standardized, and the prescription review is conducive to the improvement of prescriptions and clinical rational use of drugs.
