目的：探讨主动脉夹层（ aortic dissection，AD）治疗方案及相关药学监护点。方法：以临床病例为例，分析AD患者治疗方案，为AD患者制定个体化的药学监护计划并实施全程的药学监护，介绍药学监护的主要内容，总结药学监护点。结果：通过临床药师全程的药学监护，及时发现和解决了患者药物治疗中的相关问题，为临床合理用药提供意见。结论：通过实施药学监护，可明显提高AD患者用药的安全性、有效性，改善患者预后。
目的：探討主動脈夾層（ aortic dissection，AD）治療方案及相關藥學鑑護點。方法：以臨床病例為例，分析AD患者治療方案，為AD患者製定箇體化的藥學鑑護計劃併實施全程的藥學鑑護，介紹藥學鑑護的主要內容，總結藥學鑑護點。結果：通過臨床藥師全程的藥學鑑護，及時髮現和解決瞭患者藥物治療中的相關問題，為臨床閤理用藥提供意見。結論：通過實施藥學鑑護，可明顯提高AD患者用藥的安全性、有效性，改善患者預後。
목적：탐토주동맥협층（ aortic dissection，AD）치료방안급상관약학감호점。방법：이림상병례위례，분석AD환자치료방안，위AD환자제정개체화적약학감호계화병실시전정적약학감호，개소약학감호적주요내용，총결약학감호점。결과：통과림상약사전정적약학감호，급시발현화해결료환자약물치료중적상관문제，위림상합리용약제공의견。결론：통과실시약학감호，가명현제고AD환자용약적안전성、유효성，개선환자예후。
OBJECTIVE:To explore the treatment protocol and pharmaceutical care for patients with aortic dissection ( aortic dissection, AD) . METHODS:With clinical cases as example, we analyzed the treatment protocol, made individualized pharmaceutical care plan for patients with AD and carried out pharmaceutical care throughout the treatment process, introduced and summarized the main contents of the pharmaceutical care. RESULTS: By carrying out pharmaceutical care throughout the treatment course, pharmacist can timely detect and solve the problems encountered in the medication for patients with AD and offer opinions on clinical rational use of drugs. CONCLUSIONS: The pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists can significantly enhance medication efficacy and safety and improve the prognosis in patients with aortic dissection.
