目的：探讨重度宫腔粘连治疗中腹腔镜监护下宫腔镜粘连分离术的临床价值。方法：选取2011年2月～2012年3月我院收治的80例宫腔粘连患者，随机平均分为两组，分别行宫腔镜粘连分离术与腹腔镜监护下宫腔镜粘连分离术。结果：观察组患者治疗后月经量恢复有效率与术后2年妊娠率相比对照组显著提高(P＜0.05)。观察组月经过少以及继发性闭经患者术后月经恢复正常的比例均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：腹腔镜联合宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连能够有效恢复宫腔性状，在术后月经恢复以及术后妊娠方面均有显著的优势。
목적：탐토중도궁강점련치료중복강경감호하궁강경점련분리술적림상개치。방법：선취2011년2월～2012년3월아원수치적80례궁강점련환자，수궤평균분위량조，분별행궁강경점련분리술여복강경감호하궁강경점련분리술。결과：관찰조환자치료후월경량회복유효솔여술후2년임신솔상비대조조현저제고(P＜0.05)。관찰조월경과소이급계발성폐경환자술후월경회복정상적비례균현저고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：복강경연합궁강경수술치료궁강점련능구유효회복궁강성상，재술후월경회복이급술후임신방면균유현저적우세。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic-hysteroscopic separation surgery as the treatment of severe intrauterine adhesion.Methods:From Feb.2011 to March 2012,80 patients with severe intrauterine adhesions hospitalized in our hospital were enrolled in this study.All the cases were randomly assigned into two groups and each group contained equal number of cases.The hysteroscopy adhesion dissection was performed on patients in the control group while hysteroscopic combined laparoscopic adhesions dissection was performed on patients in the trial group.Results:The efficacy of menstrual flow recovery and 2 years pregnancy rate after surgery in the trial group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).The hypomenorrhea and secondary amenorrhea patients in the trial group had a higher proportion of recovery than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic combined hysteroscopy surgery of intrauterine adhesions has a significantly preferable efficacy in the recovery of uterine normal function,as well as in the postoperative menstruation recovery and pregnancy. It is promising for clinical application.
