在微波辐射条件下,用CuI催化邻卤代苯甲酸与1,3-二酮类化合物进行偶联反应,合成了7个异香豆素类衍生物,产率为59.5%~81.3%,其结构经1HNMR,13CNMR和MS表征确认。与传统方法比较,具有操作简单、反应时间短的优点。
在微波輻射條件下,用CuI催化鄰滷代苯甲痠與1,3-二酮類化閤物進行偶聯反應,閤成瞭7箇異香豆素類衍生物,產率為59.5%~81.3%,其結構經1HNMR,13CNMR和MS錶徵確認。與傳統方法比較,具有操作簡單、反應時間短的優點。

Seven different isocoumarin derivatives were synthesized from o-halobenzoic acids and 1,3-diketones derivatives catalyzed by CuI under microwave radiation with yields of 59.5%~81.3%. The struc-tures of isocoumarin derivatives were confirmed by 1HNMR, 13CNMR and MS confirmation. Compared with traditional methods, this method has the merits of simple operation and short reaction time.
