建立了一种利用高效液相色谱法检测葡萄糖、麦芽糖和海藻糖混合溶液中海藻糖的方法。采用X bridge-N H 2色谱柱,流动相为乙腈/水=4∶1加0.1%的氨水,流速1.0 m L/m in,柱温35℃,该条件下葡萄糖、麦芽糖、海藻糖能完全分开,葡萄糖、麦芽糖、海藻糖的质量浓度在0.1~4.0 g/100 m L范围与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数R 2为0.9998~0.9999,相对标准偏差为1.60%,回收率为98.2%~99.4%。

AHPLC m ethod forthe detection oftrehalose in the m ix solution ofglucose,m altose and trehalose w as established.The sam ple w as sepa-rated by X bridge-N H 2 chrom atographic colum n,using acetonitrile:w ater= 4∶1 supplem ented w ith 0. 1% NH4OH as the m obile phase,the flow rate 1.0 ml/m in,the colum n tem perature 35 ℃.U nderthis condition,glucose,m altose,and trehalose w ere com pletely separated.W hen the concentration ofglucose,m altose,trehalose w asin the range of0.1-4.0 g/100 ml,the concentration and the peak area had a good linearrelationship,R2 was0.999 8-0.999 9,relative standard deviation w as1.60% ,and the recovery rate w as98.2% -99.4% .
