在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法优化鱼骨中硫酸软骨素的醇沉工艺参数。以乙酸钠质量浓度、pH值、乙醇体积分数为考察因素,硫酸软骨素得率为响应值,进行3因素3水平中心组合设计(CCD)试验,获得多元二次回归方程。结果表明,硫酸软骨素的最佳醇沉工艺为乙酸钠质量浓度4.0g/100mL、pH值为6.0、乙醇体积分数60%,硫酸软骨素实际提取率为1.910%。
