通过对从宁夏产区的葡萄园土壤、葡萄果实表皮以及葡萄酒发酵过程中获得的729株野生酵母菌株进行初步分离、形态学鉴定,并运用显微镜摄像技术和利用W L营养琼脂培养基对酵母菌进行聚类分析,最终确定为16个酵母类型。进而确定宁夏产区的葡萄酒相关酵母菌的生物多样性,为地方特色葡萄酒酵母菌的筛选和选育提供理论基础和研究依据。

In this study, 729 wild yeaststrains from soil,grape skins and wine ferm entation process in Ningxia regions were isolated and identified. Microscope camera technique and W Lnutrientm edium was used to conductclustering analysis on these strains.After morphological observations, these strains were determined as 16 yeast types.Then the diversity of wine-related yeastin Ningxia regions was determined, to provide theoreticalba-sis and research foundation of screening and ascertain Ningxia characteristic wine yeast.
