本文介绍了如何运用罗伊适应模式作为一个系统的理论框架指导鼻咽癌放疗患者的康复护理；并从生理功能、自我概念、角色功能和相互依赖4个方面分析患者的适应问题、刺激因素并探讨相应的护理措施，为促进鼻咽癌放疗患者的康复和生活质量的改善提供参考。
本文介紹瞭如何運用囉伊適應模式作為一箇繫統的理論框架指導鼻嚥癌放療患者的康複護理；併從生理功能、自我概唸、角色功能和相互依賴4箇方麵分析患者的適應問題、刺激因素併探討相應的護理措施，為促進鼻嚥癌放療患者的康複和生活質量的改善提供參攷。

This article introduced how we used Roy’s Adaptation Model as a systematic framework in rehabilitation of radiotherapy patients with nasopharynx cancer, we evaluated patients’ behaviour from four adaptive modes:physiologic, self-concept, role function, and the interdependent mode and drew up corresponding nursing measures to promote their rehabilitation and to improve the patients’ quality of life.
