目的：探讨精细化管理在老年群体体检过程中的应用效果。方法：对老年群体体检流程实行精细化管理，根据老年群体需求进行分组导检，通过实施岗前培训和优化体检流程，为老年群体提供全程人性化、亲情化服务。结果：精细化管理使体检流程快捷、有序、高效。结论：精细化管理有效调动了医护人员的工作积极性和主动性，提高了老年群体对体检工作的整体满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of meticulous management of medical examination process for older age group in the military hospital. Methods:We applied the meticulous management by grouping the elderly according to their needs and providing them with appropriate orientation service. After targeted pre-service training of medical staff and optimization of examination process, we provided the older age group with humanized services throughout all the medical examination process. Results:The meticulous management made the medical examination process quick, orderly and efifcient. Conclusion:The meticulous management could effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and initiatives of medical staff, and improve the overall satisfaction of the older age group for the medical examination work.
