目的:了解临床麻醉护士与麻醉医师对麻醉护士角色定位的差异,促进麻醉护理学科的发展。方法:按照方便抽样原则,选取广州市和中山市共9所拥有麻醉护士的三级综合性医院,采用不记名调查方式分别对50名麻醉护士和141名麻醉医师进行问卷调查。结果:麻醉护士与麻醉医师在麻醉用物准备及用后整理、麻醉操作配合、麻醉护理科研3个方面对麻醉护士的角色期望存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉护士要客观认识自身能力,准确定位自身角色,有目的地学习;麻醉医师要根据麻醉护士的角色特点安排其工作,保持其工作热情,实现其自身价值;护理管理者要为麻醉护士创造良好的施展其才华和专长的平台,为麻醉护士提供必要的角色指导。
目的:瞭解臨床痳醉護士與痳醉醫師對痳醉護士角色定位的差異,促進痳醉護理學科的髮展。方法:按照方便抽樣原則,選取廣州市和中山市共9所擁有痳醉護士的三級綜閤性醫院,採用不記名調查方式分彆對50名痳醉護士和141名痳醉醫師進行問捲調查。結果:痳醉護士與痳醉醫師在痳醉用物準備及用後整理、痳醉操作配閤、痳醉護理科研3箇方麵對痳醉護士的角色期望存在統計學差異(P<0.05)。結論:痳醉護士要客觀認識自身能力,準確定位自身角色,有目的地學習;痳醉醫師要根據痳醉護士的角色特點安排其工作,保持其工作熱情,實現其自身價值;護理管理者要為痳醉護士創造良好的施展其纔華和專長的平檯,為痳醉護士提供必要的角色指導。
목적:료해림상마취호사여마취의사대마취호사각색정위적차이,촉진마취호이학과적발전。방법:안조방편추양원칙,선취엄주시화중산시공9소옹유마취호사적삼급종합성의원,채용불기명조사방식분별대50명마취호사화141명마취의사진행문권조사。결과:마취호사여마취의사재마취용물준비급용후정리、마취조작배합、마취호이과연3개방면대마취호사적각색기망존재통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론:마취호사요객관인식자신능력,준학정위자신각색,유목적지학습;마취의사요근거마취호사적각색특점안배기공작,보지기공작열정,실현기자신개치;호리관리자요위마취호사창조량호적시전기재화화전장적평태,위마취호사제공필요적각색지도。
Objective:To study the role definition disparities of the nurse anesthetist between nurse anesthetists and anesthesiologists so as to facilitate the development of the subject of Nurse Anesthesia. Methods:Based on convenience sampling, 9 comprehensive tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou and Zhongshan were chosen and an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 50 nurse anesthetists and 141 anesthesiologists. Results:There were role expectation differences between nurse anesthetists and anesthesiologist in terms of the preparation and cleaning of anesthetic articles, in-process cooperation, and scientiifc research in the subject of Nurse Anesthesia (P<0.05). Conclusion:Nurse anesthetists should have objective view of their capacities and accurate self-evaluation and set clear goals in study. Anesthesiologists should allocate work for the nurses based on their specialties so as to keep their momentum in work and to realize their value. The nursing administrators need to provide necessary role guidance and create a ifne platform for the nurse anesthetists to fully reach their potentials and expertise.
