目的：制定封闭式负压引流（VSD)治疗护理技术操作规范，规范VSD治疗护理技术操作规范流程及评分标准。方法：采用理论研究结合临床实践的方法初步拟订VSD治疗护理技术操作规范；应用德尔菲（Delphi)专家咨询法，对17名专家进行3轮问卷咨询，定量分析各指标的权重。结果：制定出的VSD治疗护理技术操作规范流程包含操作前用物准备、核对、检查，操作中更换、观察及操作后用物的整理6部分，其中I级指标6个、Ⅱ级指标28个；《VSD治疗护理技术操作质量评分标准》包含操作前用物准备、患者的评估、操作程序、整体评价4部分，其中一级指标4个、二级指标33个。结论：用Delphi法制定《VSD治疗护理技术操作规范流程》及《VSD治疗护理技术操作质量评分标准》具有较高的科学性、客观性和全面性，使专科技术操作的全过程、重点环节，以流程的方式进行规定，杜绝护理人员在操作过程中的随意性，确保VSD治疗护理技术操作质量与效率。

Objective:To develop“VSD treatment and nursing technical speciifcations”, to regulate the VSD treatment and nursing technical operations process and evaluation criteria. Methods:“VSD treatment and nursing technical speciifcations”was initially developed by combining theoretical research with clinical practice methods;and then Delphi expert consultation method (Delphi) was adopted by three rounds of questionnaires consulting on 17 experts and quantitative analyzing the weight of each index. Results:the“VSD treatment and nursing technical speciifcations”contained six parts:materials preparation, veriifcation, inspection before operation, replacement and observation in operation, and materials manipulation after operation, which targeted 6 class I index and 28 class II index.“VSD treatment and nursing technical assessment criteria”contained four parts:materials preparation, assessment of patients before operation, operating procedures, and the overall evaluation, which targeted 4 class I index and 33 class II index. Conclusion:The Delphi expert consultation method (Delphi) possesses a highly scientiifc, objective and comprehensive character on developing“VSD treatment and nursing technical specifications”and“VSD treatment and nursing technical assessment criteria”, and processes the technical operation to avoid arbitrariness of nurses in operation process, and assure the quality and efifciency of VSD treatment and nursing technical operations.
