目的：探讨中药内服外敷治疗风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法：选取2013年6月至2014年3月期间在我院门诊和住院治疗的风湿性关节炎患者88例，随机分为观察组44例与对照组44例，对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果：两组患者经过6周持续治疗后，44例对照组患者中有29例患者为显效，占65．91％，有10例患者为有效，占22．73％，有5例患者为无效，占11．36％，总有效率为88．64％。44例观察组患者中有39例患者为显效，占88．64％，有4例患者为有效，占9．09％，有1例患者为无效，占2．27％，总有效率为97．73％。观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组，两组之间有显著性差异，P ＜0．05。结论：在临床的治疗中，使用中药内服外敷治疗风湿性关节炎的临床效果较单纯使用内服药物进行治疗的临床效果高，值得在临床治疗上应用和推广。

목적：탐토중약내복외부치료풍습관절염적림상효과。방법：선취2013년6월지2014년3월기간재아원문진화주원치료적풍습성관절염환자88례，수궤분위관찰조44례여대조조44례，대량조환자적림상료효진행대비분석。결과：량조환자경과6주지속치료후，44례대조조환자중유29례환자위현효，점65．91％，유10례환자위유효，점22．73％，유5례환자위무효，점11．36％，총유효솔위88．64％。44례관찰조환자중유39례환자위현효，점88．64％，유4례환자위유효，점9．09％，유1례환자위무효，점2．27％，총유효솔위97．73％。관찰조환자적림상료효명현우우대조조，량조지간유현저성차이，P ＜0．05。결론：재림상적치료중，사용중약내복외부치료풍습성관절염적림상효과교단순사용내복약물진행치료적림상효과고，치득재림상치료상응용화추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical ef ect of external application of Chinese herbs in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:from 2013 June to 2014 March,during the peri-od of rheumatoid arthritis patients in our hospital outpatient and inpatient treatment in 88 cases,were randomly divided into the observation group of 44 cases and 44 cases in the control group, to compare the clinical ef icacy of the two groups.Results:the two groups of patients after 6 weeks after treatment,44 cases of patients in the control group of 29 patients was markedly ef ective, accounting for 65.91%,10 patients were ef ective,accounting for 22.73%,5 cases were invalid,accounting for 11.36%,the total ef ective rate was 88.64%.44 cases of the observation group in 39 patients were markedly ef ective,accounting for 88.64%,4 patients were ef ective,accounting for 9.09%,1 cases were invalid,accounting for 2.27%,the total ef ective rate was 97.73%.To observe the clinical curative ef ect is obviously superior to the patients in control group,there was significant dif erence between the two groups,P <0.05.Conclusion:in the clini-cal treatment,clinical ef ects of internal and external medicine to treat rheumatoid arthritis than the simple use of internal medicine of the clinical treatment ef ect is high,so it deserved applica-tion and promotion in clinical treatment.
