学生实习期间如何培养临床思维是骨科实习带教面临的重要问题。PBL 教学法一方面采用以问题为基础的教学方法,另一方面以小组形式讨论、分析典型病例、并发症,手术实习参与及病历指导,改革临床思维的培养方法。PBL 教学法激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学习主动性,培养了学生发现、分析、解决问题的能力,取得较好的教学效果,是骨科实习带教的有效方法。
學生實習期間如何培養臨床思維是骨科實習帶教麵臨的重要問題。PBL 教學法一方麵採用以問題為基礎的教學方法,另一方麵以小組形式討論、分析典型病例、併髮癥,手術實習參與及病歷指導,改革臨床思維的培養方法。PBL 教學法激髮瞭學生的學習興趣,提高瞭學習主動性,培養瞭學生髮現、分析、解決問題的能力,取得較好的教學效果,是骨科實習帶教的有效方法。

During the internship students how to cultivate the clinical thinking orthopaedic practice teaching is an important problem..PBL reformed clinical thinking training through questions,group discussion,analyzing typical cases as wel as complications,operating theatre practice and instructing medical records writing.In a word,PBL encourages students’interests and motivation and develops students’ability to discover,analyze and solve problems.Therefore,it is reasonable to claim that PBL is an ef ective way for department of Orthopedics clinical practice.
