目的:选用不同浓度的84消毒液,对藻酸盐印模用不同时间的浸泡消毒,观察其抑菌效果,找出适合临床运用的藻酸盐印模的消毒方法。方法制取藻酸盐印模,分别浸泡在配置金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和枯草杆菌4种菌悬液中,再分别浸泡5组不同浓度有效氯含量的84消毒液,共20个小组,每组50个印模,共1000个,观察每个组印模的抑菌效果。结果有效氯浓度8000 mg/L 浸泡15 min 组、有效氯浓度2000 mg/L 浸泡20 min 组和有效氯浓度800 mg/L 浸泡20 min 组3个组对印模表面以上4种细菌灭菌效果较好,组间灭菌率比较,P >0.05,无统计学意义;有效氯浓度400 mg/L 浸泡30 min 组和有效氯浓度200 mg/L 浸泡30 min 组2个组对印模表面以上4种细菌灭菌效果较差,组间灭菌率比较,P <0.05,有统计学意义;有效氯浓度400 mg/L 浸泡30 min 组和有效氯浓度200 mg/L 浸泡30 min 组分别与其他3组灭菌率比较,P <0.05,有统计学意义。结论84消毒液有效氯浓度≥800 mg/L,对藻酸盐印模表面大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌和白色念珠菌抑菌效果较好。

목적:선용불동농도적84소독액,대조산염인모용불동시간적침포소독,관찰기억균효과,조출괄합림상운용적조산염인모적소독방법。방법제취조산염인모,분별침포재배치금황색포도구균、대장간균、백색념주균화고초간균4충균현액중,재분별침포5조불동농도유효록함량적84소독액,공20개소조,매조50개인모,공1000개,관찰매개조인모적억균효과。결과유효록농도8000 mg/L 침포15 min 조、유효록농도2000 mg/L 침포20 min 조화유효록농도800 mg/L 침포20 min 조3개조대인모표면이상4충세균멸균효과교호,조간멸균솔비교,P >0.05,무통계학의의;유효록농도400 mg/L 침포30 min 조화유효록농도200 mg/L 침포30 min 조2개조대인모표면이상4충세균멸균효과교차,조간멸균솔비교,P <0.05,유통계학의의;유효록농도400 mg/L 침포30 min 조화유효록농도200 mg/L 침포30 min 조분별여기타3조멸균솔비교,P <0.05,유통계학의의。결론84소독액유효록농도≥800 mg/L,대조산염인모표면대장간균、금황색포도구균、고초간균화백색념주균억균효과교호。
Objective:Selection of dif erent concentrations of 84 disinfectant for disinfecting alginate impression soaked at dif erent times to observe the inhibitory ef ect of bacterium,i-dentify a suitable disinfection methods of alginate impression for clinical application.Methods:Preparation of alginate impression ,respectively immersed in the configuration of Staphylococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli ,Bacil us subtilis and Candida albicans four kinds of bacterial suspension .Then respectively soaked in five 84 disinfectant of dif erent concentrations of chlorine content ,a total of 20 groups ,each group has 50 impressions,a total of 1000 impressions ,the group observed inhibitory ef ect of each impression.Results:The chlorine concentration 8000 mg /L soak 15 min group ,the chlorine concentration 2000 mg /L for 20 min group and the chlorine concentration 800 mg /L for 20 min group,three groups’impressions inhibitory ef ect of bacterium were bet er to above four bacteria ,compare the sterilization rate of 3 groups ,P >0.05,not statistical y significant ;The chlorine concentration of 400 mg /L soak 30 min group and the chlo-rine concentration 200 mg /L soak 30 min group ,two groups’impressions inhibitory ef ect of bacterium were worse to above four bacteria,compare the sterilization rate of 2 groups ,P <0. 05,statistical y significant ;The chlorine concentration 400 mg /L soak 30 min group and the chlorine concentration 200 mg /L soak 30 min group ,respectively compare with other three groups of sterilization rate ,P <0.05,statistical y significant.Conclusion:The chlorine concentration of 84 disinfectant ≥ 800 mg /L,inhibitory ef ect is bet er to Escherichia coli,Staphylo-coccus aureus,Bacil us subtilis and Candida albicans on the surface of alginate impression.
