目的：探讨胃神经鞘瘤的MSCT表现，以提高对本病的认识及诊断水平。方法选取经手术病理证实的胃神经鞘瘤6例，回顾性分析其临床特征及MSCT表现。评估内容包括肿瘤大小、形态、生长方式、增强模式、强化程度、肿瘤与黏膜接触面溃疡等情况。结果临床表现为胃壁起源的圆形或椭圆形肿块，边界清晰，6例病灶可见不同程度囊变，CT增强扫描呈持续渐进性强化，囊变区不强化，未见明显钙化灶。结论 MSCT能准确地显示肿瘤的形态、部位、内部结构及与邻近结构的关系，正确认识其影像学特征有助于提高对本病的诊断水平。
목적：탐토위신경초류적MSCT표현，이제고대본병적인식급진단수평。방법선취경수술병리증실적위신경초류6례，회고성분석기림상특정급MSCT표현。평고내용포괄종류대소、형태、생장방식、증강모식、강화정도、종류여점막접촉면궤양등정황。결과림상표현위위벽기원적원형혹타원형종괴，변계청석，6례병조가견불동정도낭변，CT증강소묘정지속점진성강화，낭변구불강화，미견명현개화조。결론 MSCT능준학지현시종류적형태、부위、내부결구급여린근결구적관계，정학인식기영상학특정유조우제고대본병적진단수평。
Objective To improve the recognition and diagnosis accuracy of gastric schwannoma by observing its multi-sice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) ifndings. Methods MSCT ifndings and clinical characteristics of 6 gastric schwannomas patients conifrmed surgically and pathologically were retrospectively analyzed, including the size, shape, growth pattern, enhancement pattern, enhanced degree and the ulcer condition between mucosa and gastric schwannoma. Results In the 6 cases, round or oval tumors with clear edge were found on the gastric wall, different degrees of cystic change were also found. In enhanced CT scanning, most part of lesions except for the cystic part enhanced increasingly while there was no calciifcation in the 6 cases. Conclusion MSCT could accurately show the shape, location, internal structure of the tumor and its relationship with adjacent parts, correctively understanding of which can increase successful diagnosis of gastric schwannoma.
