目的：探讨医用吊床在肺部感染患者治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2011~2013年收治的10例肺部感染患者的临床资料，其中治疗组5例使用吊床，对照组5例未使用吊床。结果治疗组平均脱机时间为（22.4±4.1）d，对照组平均脱机时间为（28.5±3.8）d，差异有统计学意义；治疗组平均抗生素应用时间为（13.2±2.5）d，对照组平均抗生素应用时间为（18.5±4.1）d，差异有统计学意义。结论医用吊床可有效辅助肺部感染患者进行脱机，缩短卧床患者的平均住院时间，降低医护人员的劳动强度。

목적：탐토의용조상재폐부감염환자치료중적응용효과。방법회고성분석아원2011~2013년수치적10례폐부감염환자적림상자료，기중치료조5례사용조상，대조조5례미사용조상。결과치료조평균탈궤시간위（22.4±4.1）d，대조조평균탈궤시간위（28.5±3.8）d，차이유통계학의의；치료조평균항생소응용시간위（13.2±2.5）d，대조조평균항생소응용시간위（18.5±4.1）d，차이유통계학의의。결론의용조상가유효보조폐부감염환자진행탈궤，축단와상환자적평균주원시간，강저의호인원적노동강도。
Objective To explore the application value of medical hammock in the treatment of patients with pulmonary infection. Methods The clinical data of 10 patients treated in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed. 5 patients in therapy group were treated with medical hammock while 5 patients in control group were treated without medical hammock. Results The average weaning time of therapy group and control group were (22.4±4.1) d and (28.5±3.8) d while the average application time of antibiotics of therapy group and control group were (13.2±2.5) d and (18.5±4.1) d. There were signiifcant differences between therapy group and control group in terms of the weaning time and application time of antibiotics. Conclusion The weaning of patients with pulmonary infection can be conducted effectively and the average hospital stays can be shortened with the application of medical hammock, which can also reduce the labour intensity of medical staff.
