电点火具是武器系统不可缺少的一部分，其可靠性决定着武器系统的功能是否可实现，是武器系统发挥威慑力的起始关键能量输入点，随着武器系统的不断创新及更新换代，对点火具的点火可靠性提出了很高的要求，促使在产品结构设计与工艺设计方面进一步改进。本文以实际案例为切入点，分别从产品结构设计与实际工艺设计方面分析了某型电点火具燃烧不完全的原因，提出了改进措施，通过各种验证试验，彻底解决了电点火具燃烧不完全问题，有效消除了故障带来的弹丸留膛及安全隐患。

Electric igniter is a part of the indispensable weapon system,its function reliability decides whether function of weapon system will achieve,it is also the first key energy input point to weapon system play deterrence.With the contin-uous innovation and upgrading of weapon system,high demand to the ignition reliability of igniter is proposed,which spurs further preciseness in design of product structure & process.The paper took cases as the breakthrough point,analyzed the reasons about combustion incompleteness of some electric igniter in design of product structure & practical process,and then put forward improvement measures.Through various verification tests,thoroughly solved the question of combustion incompleteness of electric igniter and effectively eliminated the fault that causes proj ectile residue in mortar bore and poten-tial safety hazard.
