为实现丝袜包装从手工方式向自动化方式转变，开发了一套能实现自动折叠、丝袜传输、单体包装及整体装箱的高效、高精度自动化丝袜包装机。模拟人工丝袜包装工艺将动作过程分解，设计了转盘和折叠机械手的组合结构，实现了丝袜自动折叠。通过丝袜的传输转移和折叠，外包装壳的夹持、对折和翻转实现丝袜的单体包装。依据丝袜包装过程的动作先后顺序，开发了基于PLC的丝袜包装控制系统，能协调自动折叠、传输、包装和装箱功能的有序执行。样机经现场包装试验，其包装效果整齐美观，工作可靠。该丝袜包装机可实现丝袜的连续自动化包装，提高了包装速度和质量，产品市场前景广阔。

The efficient and high-precision automated packaging machines was developed in order to achieve the transition from manual to automated way for socks packaging which could achieve automatic folding,socks transport,packaging and overall packing stockings.The turntable structure and folding robot were designed to achieve automatic folding socks by simulating the action of ar-tificial silk socks packaging process.The single sock was packaged by transmitting the socks through the transfer and holding,fold-ing and flipping the outer shell.The control system of packaging stockings was developed by PLC based on the sequence of actions socks packaging process which could perform automatic fold coordinated,transport,packaging,and packing functions.The proto-type can get the bag tight socks with beautiful forming,and reliable performance.It improved packaging speed and quality,and is significance to promote the development of packing machinery.
