针对吹瓶机的凸轮连杆机构,建立系统化的动力特性分析模式,通过合成入瓶坯与出瓶夹爪中心的运动曲线,利用向量回路法配合运动系数法,分析杆件的运动特性,然后根据动力特性分析的结果,透过弹簧改良设计,提升了机器的动力特性,有助于企业提升制瓶过程的稳定性。
針對吹瓶機的凸輪連桿機構,建立繫統化的動力特性分析模式,通過閤成入瓶坯與齣瓶夾爪中心的運動麯線,利用嚮量迴路法配閤運動繫數法,分析桿件的運動特性,然後根據動力特性分析的結果,透過彈簧改良設計,提升瞭機器的動力特性,有助于企業提升製瓶過程的穩定性。

In the paper,a systematic approach for the analysis of dynamic characteristics of the transfer devices of a ro-tary type blow-molding machine was developed,the motion curve if the clamp arm center of the infeed and outlet transfer de-vice was synthesized,By using the vector loop approach and kinematic coefficients,the kinematic characteristics of the linka-ges were analyzed,then,according to the analysis of the dynamic characteristics,by improving the spring,the dynamic characteristics of the blow-molding machine were improved.This study is helpful to improve the manufacturing stability of an industrial PET-bottles blow-molding machine.
