In the background of deepening educational reform, educational community’s establishment and improvement is endowed with new meanings. The connotation and features of educational community are distinctive. Firstly, be contextual. All the parts have the common spiritual beliefs and educational goals. Secondly, the maintenance of rules and systems is the requisite of normal operation. Lastly, the educational community is characterized by open, sharing and self-government. Meanwhile, on building an educational community, there are several principles such as safeguard the common interests, pay attention to the students' individuality education so as to keep the educational community’s vitality, and democracy construction is the only way to reconstruct modern public life and build a truly educational community.
