目的:了解解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)对红霉素、氧氟沙星、交沙霉素、强力霉素的耐药情况。方法采用上海复星集团生产的解脲、人型支原体鉴定及药敏分析试剂,对203例标本进行培养和药敏试验。结果总阳性率为61.1%(124/203),其中 Uu 阳性率为41.4%(84/203),Mh 阳性率为8.9%(18/203),Uu 和 Mh 混合感染阳性率为10.8%(22/203)。Uu 对红霉素的耐药率最高,为80.3%,对交沙霉素耐药率最低为42.9%;Mh对红霉素的耐药率最高,为88.9%、对氧氟沙星和强力霉素耐药率最低,为44.4%;Uu + Mh 对红霉素和交沙霉素的耐药率最高,为100.0%,对氧氟沙星药率最低为63.6%。结论 Uu 和 Mh 对4种抗生素均具有较高的耐药性,二者混合感染时的耐药率更高。

목적:료해해뇨지원체(Uu)화인형지원체(Mh)대홍매소、양불사성、교사매소、강력매소적내약정황。방법채용상해복성집단생산적해뇨、인형지원체감정급약민분석시제,대203례표본진행배양화약민시험。결과총양성솔위61.1%(124/203),기중 Uu 양성솔위41.4%(84/203),Mh 양성솔위8.9%(18/203),Uu 화 Mh 혼합감염양성솔위10.8%(22/203)。Uu 대홍매소적내약솔최고,위80.3%,대교사매소내약솔최저위42.9%;Mh대홍매소적내약솔최고,위88.9%、대양불사성화강력매소내약솔최저,위44.4%;Uu + Mh 대홍매소화교사매소적내약솔최고,위100.0%,대양불사성약솔최저위63.6%。결론 Uu 화 Mh 대4충항생소균구유교고적내약성,이자혼합감염시적내약솔경고。
Objective::Understand Ureaplasma urealyticum( Uu )and Mycoplasma hominis( Mh )to erythromycin and the oxygen fluorine and the medicine the endureing circumstances of doxycycline . Methods:Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis that uses the compound star group of Shanghai to produce protrudes the appraisal substance and quick analysis reagent of medicine ,and cultivates the 203 examples specimens and the medicine quick trial . Results:To-tal masculine rate is 61. 1%( 124 / 203 ),and among them Uuˊs masculine rate is 41. 4%( 84 / 203 ),and Mh serve as 8. 9%( 18 / 203 )at the masculine rate ,and Uu and Mh serve as 10. 8%( 22 / 203 )at the mixed infection masculine rate . Uu to erythromycin to endure the medicine rate the highest ,it is the lowst for 42. 9% ,for 80. 3% ,to endure the medicine rate to intersection Sha Meisu Mh to erythromycin to endure the medicine rate the highest ,serve as 88. 9% and to oxygen fluorine Sha Xing and the doxycycline that to endure the medicine rate the lowst ,for 44. 4% ,Uu + Mh is to e-rythromycin and to endure the medicine rate the highest intersection Sha Meisu ,and the lowst for 100. 0% ,to oxygen fluo-rine Sha Xingyaoˊs rate serve as 63. 6% . Conclusions:Uu and Mh all possess higher property of a medicine endureing to 4 kinds of antiiotic ,two blendings during the infections to endure the medicine rate higher.
