目的：探讨在电子纤维喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉的临床效果。方法回顾性的分析收治的265例声带息肉患者在电子纤维喉镜下手术治疗的方法，总结治疗的效果及经验。结果265例声带息肉患者中治愈215例，有效39例，复发11例，总有效率95.85%。对于治愈的患者进行3~6个月随访，均无复发。结论在电子纤维喉镜下的手术治疗声带息肉具有微创、有效、安全等特点，而且操作简单，患者痛苦轻并且医生容易掌握。
목적：탐토재전자섬유후경하수술치료성대식육적림상효과。방법회고성적분석수치적265례성대식육환자재전자섬유후경하수술치료적방법，총결치료적효과급경험。결과265례성대식육환자중치유215례，유효39례，복발11례，총유효솔95.85%。대우치유적환자진행3~6개월수방，균무복발。결론재전자섬유후경하적수술치료성대식육구유미창、유효、안전등특점，이차조작간단，환자통고경병차의생용역장악。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of surgical treatment of vocal cord polyps under the electronic laryngo-scope. Methods:The retrospective analysis of 265 cases of vocal cord polyp the treated patients under electronic laryngo-scope,let us summarize the treatment effect and experience. Results:In the 265 cases of vocal cord polyp patients ,215 cases,cured ,39 cases turned for the better ,11 cases of recurrence,the total effective rate is 95. 85% . The patients cured for 3 ~ 6 months follow - up,there were no recurrence. Conclusion:The surgical treatment of vocal cord polyp un-der electronic laryngoscope has the characteristics of minimally invasive,safe,effective,and easy operation. The patient pain is light and the methods is easy to master.
