国际政治一体化和全球治理的兴起，加强了国际体系结构及制度规范与国际行为体的互动关系。在国际行为体互动过程中，如何内化国际规则和制度、传播国际体系文化，以及实现全球治理，是国际政治社会学的重要研究内容。本文认为，中国作为全球治理体系的重要建设者，必须积极回应和创造性地介入国际政治社会化进程，从文化层面提升全球治理的有效性。

The integration of international politics and the rise of global governance strengthen the interac-tive relations between international institutional structure,institutional norms,and international actors. How international norms and institutions can be internalized,how international institutional culture can be spreaded,and how global governance could be achieved in the interaction between international actors are important content of international political sociology.This article analyses international political socializa-tion’s features,mechanisms,functions and significance for global governance,in order to get a comprehen-sive understanding of this concept.On this basis,it points out that in the process of international political integration,China,as a key constructer of global governance system,should respond actively and intervene into the international political socialization creatively,and promote effective global governance at cultural level.Through the analysis of the micro-process of the interaction between international structure and its actors,this article provides theoretical support for China’s participating global governance and the con-struction of international rules.
