目的:探讨 Glubran2胶介入栓塞在肺癌咯血中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析山东省新汶矿业集团莱芜中心医院2009-2012年期间采取姑息治疗的30例中晚期肺癌咯血患者的临床资料,均行 Glubran2胶介入栓塞治疗。结果栓塞完成即刻造影,支气管动脉为其靶动脉,均于术中成功注胶,Glubran2胶血管内铸型良好。即刻止血23例,术后4 h 止血7例。术后复发1例,无一例出现脊髓损伤、窒息等严重并发症。术后6、12及24个月随诊无咯血事件。结论 Glubran2胶介入栓塞治疗肺癌咯血创伤小、安全、止血率高、复发率低。

목적:탐토 Glubran2효개입전새재폐암각혈중적응용효과。방법회고성분석산동성신문광업집단래무중심의원2009-2012년기간채취고식치료적30례중만기폐암각혈환자적림상자료,균행 Glubran2효개입전새치료。결과전새완성즉각조영,지기관동맥위기파동맥,균우술중성공주효,Glubran2효혈관내주형량호。즉각지혈23례,술후4 h 지혈7례。술후복발1례,무일례출현척수손상、질식등엄중병발증。술후6、12급24개월수진무각혈사건。결론 Glubran2효개입전새치료폐암각혈창상소、안전、지혈솔고、복발솔저。
Objective To observe the application of Glubran2 glue intervention embolization on hemoptysis in patients with lung cancer. Methods From 2009 to 2012,in Laiwu Central Hospital of Xinwen Mining Group,Shandong Province, clinical data of 30 lung cancer patients(at middle to advanced stage)with hemoptysis who underwent palliative treatment were retrospectively analyzed,they were treated with Glubran2 glue intervention embolization. Results Angiography was completed at the end of intervention embolization,taking bronchial artery as target artery. Glubran2 glue was successfully infused during op-eration,with good vascular forming. In the 30 cases,23 cases got immediate hemostasis,7 cases got hemostasis after 4 hours of operation. One case reappeared hemoptysis after operation,no one occurred severe complications,such as spinal cord injury, asphyxia. After 6,12 and 24 months of follow - up,no one occurred hemoptysis. Conclusion Glubran2 glue intervention em-bolization is with less trauma and recurrence rate,with higher hemostasis rate,and safe in treating hemoptysis in patients with lung cancer.
