以巴西橡胶树花药为外植体,研究了巴西橡胶树花药体胚发生过程中抗氧化酶活性和某些生理参数的变化。结果表明,橡胶树花药体胚发生过程中, SOD 活性变化表现在培养30 d 达到最高值,而后下降平缓;丙二醛(MDA)含量在第60天达到最高。生理参数的变化表现为可溶性蛋白含量0 d 含量最高,可溶性糖的含量在50 d 达到最高,据此认为, SOD 和 MDA 对橡胶树花药体胚的诱导起主导作用,可溶性蛋白含量与不定芽的发生密切相关。

The of Hevea brasili ensis anther were chose as explants in this study, and the changes of antioxidant enzyme activities and certain physiological parameters during the somatic embryogenesis of anther were studied in this research. The results are as follows: in the process of somatic embryogenesis of Brazilian rubber anther, the activity of SOD was to be maximized after anther culturing 30 d, and then reduced gradually; the content of MDA was to be maximized after anther culturing 60 d; the content of soluble protein was to be maximized after anther culturing 0 d; the content of soluble sugar was to be maximized after anther culturing 50 d. It was concluded that SOD and MDA played the leading role to induce the somatic embryogenesis of rubber anther; and soluble protein content was closely related to the formation of adventitious bud.
