基于国内某型高空作业平台,选取其中一个工况,对其伸缩臂进行建模,在Ansys中进行有限元分析,得出应力云图,然后将分析结果导入FE-SAFE软件中进行疲劳分析,得到伸缩臂的寿命分布,为伸缩臂的设计制造提供了依据。

Based on certain aerial work platform made in China,the model for its telescopic boom under one working condition is built.The finite element analysis is performed in Ansys to work out the stress nephogram.The analysis result is input in the FE-SAFE for fatigue analysis to get the life cycle distribution of the telescopic boom,providing basis for design and manufacturing of the telescopic boom.
