目的对比观察液氮冷冻和外用卤米松乳膏治疗局限性环状肉芽肿的疗效、安全性及美容效果。方法选择局限性环状肉芽肿患者60例，随机分成2组。观察组用液氮冷冻治疗1～3次，对照组皮损外用卤米松乳膏2周停用1周。治疗后第1、5个月，分别比较临床疗效、安全性及美容效果。结果治疗1个月后，观察组、对照组的有效率分别为83.33％、20.0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）；治疗5个月后，观察组的有效率为100％，美容满意度为86.67％，对照组分别为43.33％、40.0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论液氮冷冻治疗局限性环状肉芽肿较外用卤米松乳膏临床疗效更显著，美容满意度更高，是一种简单、安全、有效的治疗方法。
목적대비관찰액담냉동화외용서미송유고치료국한성배상육아종적료효、안전성급미용효과。방법선택국한성배상육아종환자60례，수궤분성2조。관찰조용액담냉동치료1～3차，대조조피손외용서미송유고2주정용1주。치료후제1、5개월，분별비교림상료효、안전성급미용효과。결과치료1개월후，관찰조、대조조적유효솔분별위83.33％、20.0％，량조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.01）；치료5개월후，관찰조적유효솔위100％，미용만의도위86.67％，대조조분별위43.33％、40.0％，량조비교차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0.05）。결론액담냉동치료국한성배상육아종교외용서미송유고림상료효경현저，미용만의도경고，시일충간단、안전、유효적치료방법。
Objective To compare the efficacy,safety and cosmetic results of liquefacient nitrogen cryotherapy (LNC)and halometasone cream in the treatment of localized granuloma annulare(LGA).Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly.Observation group (n=30) was treated with LNC for 1~3 times,control group was given halometasone cream for 2 weeks.The efficacy,safety and cosmetic results were compared after 1 and 5 months. Results The effective rates of observation group and control group were 83.33%and 20.0%after 1 month respective-ly,there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).The effective rate and cosmetic satisfaction rate were 100%and 43.33%in observation group,86.67%and 40.0%in control group, there were significant differences between the two groups ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The clinical efficacy and cosmetic satisfactory degree of LNC for LGA is better than topical use of halometasone cream.It is a simple,safe and effective therapeutic method.
