通过检索国外有关艾塞那肽的不良反应的报道，对患者不良反应的临床表现进行分析，并对相应的处置措施进行总结。艾塞那肽常见的不良反应表现在患者的胃肠道方面，主要临床症状有腹泻、恶心、呕吐等。此外，艾塞那肽可造成患者多个系统的不良反应。临床治疗中应重视其不良反应的危害性，以确保患者的用药安全。
