目的探讨临床药师在参与颅脑术后发热患者会诊中建立临床思维的重要性。方法针对颅脑术后发热患者，临床药师从发热原因分析着手，运用临床药学思维模式提出合理治疗方案，并进行药学监护。结果临床药师通过会诊、分析病因、参与制订治疗方案等途径和方法为临床提供药学服务，以提高治疗效果。结论临床药师根据不同情况采取针对性治疗，可取得满意效果。
目的探討臨床藥師在參與顱腦術後髮熱患者會診中建立臨床思維的重要性。方法針對顱腦術後髮熱患者，臨床藥師從髮熱原因分析著手，運用臨床藥學思維模式提齣閤理治療方案，併進行藥學鑑護。結果臨床藥師通過會診、分析病因、參與製訂治療方案等途徑和方法為臨床提供藥學服務，以提高治療效果。結論臨床藥師根據不同情況採取針對性治療，可取得滿意效果。
목적탐토림상약사재삼여로뇌술후발열환자회진중건립림상사유적중요성。방법침대로뇌술후발열환자，림상약사종발열원인분석착수，운용림상약학사유모식제출합리치료방안，병진행약학감호。결과림상약사통과회진、분석병인、삼여제정치료방안등도경화방법위림상제공약학복무，이제고치료효과。결론림상약사근거불동정황채취침대성치료，가취득만의효과。
Objective To investigate the importance of clinical pharmacists establishing clinical thinking in the patients with post-craniotomy fever.Methods Clinical pharmacist gave pharmaceutical care for patients with post-cra-niotomy fever from the analysis of the causes of fever,used clinical pharmaceutical work mode and put forward reason-able treatment plan.Results Clinical pharmacists could provide clinical pharmaceutical care by consultation and phar-maceutical care,intervening medical order and handling the adverse drug events etc.Conclusion According to the dif-ferent situations,clinical pharmacists should employ specific methods to obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect.
