目的探讨临床药师在急性脑梗死患者救治中的作用。方法对临床药师参与1例阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的过程进行分析。结果临床药师针对阿替普酶静脉溶栓、阿司匹林、甘油果糖氯化钠的用药调整方案开展药学监护，急性脑梗死患者的预后改善明显。结论临床药师对阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的个体化用药监护方面发挥了积极作用。
목적탐토림상약사재급성뇌경사환자구치중적작용。방법대림상약사삼여1례아체보매용전치료급성뇌경사환자적과정진행분석。결과림상약사침대아체보매정맥용전、아사필림、감유과당록화납적용약조정방안개전약학감호，급성뇌경사환자적예후개선명현。결론림상약사대아체보매용전치료급성뇌경사환자적개체화용약감호방면발휘료적겁작용。
Objective To discuss the role of clinical pharmacist in the treatment of patients with acute ische-mic stroke ( AIS) .Methods The process of clinical pharmacists participati ng in the alteplase thrombolysis treatment for a patient with AIS was analyzed.Results Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care by medication adjust-ment scheme of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase,aspirin,glycerol fructose and sodium chloride.The prognosis of AIS patients was significantly improved.Conclusion The clinical pharmacists can play an active role in the personal-ized medicine pharmaceutical care with AIS patients treated with alteplase.
